4146/4046 flow calibrator

Personal sampling pump is an important means of exposure assessment. The accuracy of sampling depends on flow measurement and laboratory analysis. In order to accurately measure the volume of air passing through the sampling medium, the air sampling instrument must adjust the flow rate, calibrate, and regularly check to ensure the accuracy of the flow rate. Practice has shown that personal sampling pumps must be calibrated before and after each use, and regularly checked during use.
TSI provides two types of flow calibrators for calibrating pumps or other active air sampling devices. The 4046 and 4146 models have ranges of 2.5-300 L/min and 0.01-20 L/min, respectively. They all use batteries, are lightweight, portable, and easy to use. Continuous display of volumetric flow rate enables real-time adjustment of pump flow rate. In addition, the calibrator has temperature compensation and pressure correction functions, and can accurately measure volumetric flow to 2% of the reading.
